Honest,
this should only take a few minutes to read - it's
something I put together, and it may well help you
make a decision when the time comes to work with a
real estate agent....
Finding the right real estate
agent to assist you in purchasing or selling the right
property can be the difference between a
happy, stress-free home buying/selling experience,
and an unhappy, stressful experience. I don't want
to bore you, but as I see it,
there are four basic
requirements:
1.
You want an agent
ready, willing and able to make a
full-time
commitment to you. I
can
and will do that for
you. I sell real estate every day of the year (if
necessary!), I work
full-time at my profession, and I
have accrued 25+ years of experience dealing with
buyers and sellers in all kinds of negotiations.
Remember: you work with an AGENT, not an AGENCY -
and your trust in the agent is what I have been
building since 1985.
2. You want an agent
with the experience
needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools,
market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my 25+
years of experience in the local and national
market. I have the expertise and track record of
success you want, need and deserve!
3. You want an agent
who embraces the convenience of technology without
losing the personal touch. You'll discover I will
usually reach you within minutes of your first
contact with me: that is how I work. You'll love the
resources available on my website and the e-mail
alerts that I send, but these will never replace
the time I spend working for you and
working WITH you,
serving as your personal guide through this
exciting process. Remember, I can take you in
to ANY property that is currently listed on the
market, regardless of the listing agent. Let me
know where and when - I will MAKE it happen!
4.
Most importantly
-
you need someone you can count
on
to be there for you. This is a
team effort, with the buyer/seller, agent, loan
officer and ancillary support person working
TOGETHER to make your deal happen. You can rest
assured I will be there for you before, during and
AFTER our sale is complete.

Here are some
nice things people have said recently you may find
helpful in your search for an agent to represent
you in your sale or purchase:
Hey,
Jerry-....didn't really get a chance to say how much
I REALLY appreciate all you did to help make me an
official homeowner! I absolutely couldn't have done
it without you, and I'm so glad that I lucked out
and got you for a realtor! It all just seemed to
fall in place. You always had a calm perspective
when I was freaking out, and were so very patient
with my endless questions, so THANK YOU! I have to
say the whole process was relatively painless, and
everyone you introduced me to...Robert, Alex, Donna,
Pat, have been top notch, and so knowledgeable...Woohoo,
I'm a homeowner!

We had a special historic house
for sale, and after interviewing many realtors who
supposedly specialized in such houses we tried one
in LA who turned out to be basically worthless. We
started over and tried another, this time requiring
that he use Jerry Breiner as a local broker in
association. After a period of time it became
apparent that Jerry was doing all the meaningful
work and the super LA high power realtor was
basically putting small ads in the LA Times. When
the LA broker's listing ran out we did not renew it,
and listed with Jerry exclusively. During the
entire period Jerry had set up an excellent website
at
www.gouldresidence.com with lots of info on the
house and its history; something the LA realtor
never thought of or was apparently capable of. Not
long after Jerry took over the listing we had a
buyer. We had to do some negotiating, and Jerry was
able to get us a price above the listed price. We
are very impressed with Jerry's commitment,
imagination, web skills, and general attitude and
demeanor. The proof is in the pudding. Jerry sold
the house; no one else did.

Jerry Breiner served as the
listing agent on our family trust’s home in the
Ventura Harbor area, and thru the entire listing and
sale process his attention to detail and honest,
hard work on our behalf gave myself and my siblings
a great sense of calm and relief. We had used
another agent prior to finding Jerry, and we are so
thankful that we found him – we would recommend
Jerry to anyone looking to buy or sell. He truly
listens.

Jerry Breiner served as our
realtor as both a listing agent on two of our
family's homes and as a buyer’s agent in our
purchase of an income property here in the downtown
area. Jerry, as we grew to know him, is very
determined to do the right thing, and through the
listing and purchasing processes he was extremely
detail oriented, making sure everything was as it
was supposed to be. He is also a pleasure to be
around, his humor injecting itself often, so that we
were always at ease in working with him. We can’t
say enough good things about him – and we recommend
him highly.

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS A ROUSING
ENDORSEMENT FOR REAL ESTATE AGENT JERRY BREINER.
80% OF ALL PROPERTIES ARE SOLD BY 20% OF ALL
REALTORS. JERRY FITS INTO THAT 20%, HE WENT BEYOND
THE CALL OF DUTY TO ASSIST IN THE SALE OF A PROPERTY
THAT I INHERITED, STAGING AND SELLING THE PROPERTY
IN THE SPAN OF SEVERAL WEEKS. PRIOR TO THAT IT HAD
BEEN LISTED WITH ANOTHER FIRM FOR SIX MONTHS, WHO
TURNED OUT TO BE USELESS, LYING, SACK OF....FILL IN
THE BLANK! IN THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CLIMATE, MANY
SELLERS GIVE UP WHEN THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE FIRM
THEY EMPLOYED TO SELL THEIR PROPERTY. FIRE YOUR
UNDERPERFORMING AGENT AND GET SOMEONE LIKE JERRY
